Campus tour

With the final phase of our £9.5m campus redevelopment project completed in 2002, we have realised a long-term commitment to consolidate the College to Lamorbey Park. Set in a beautiful, Grade 2 listed parkland within easy reach of one of the cultural capitals of the world, our staff and students have the highest standard of specialist facilities to match the quality of the teaching and learning.

The practice-based nature of our programmes requires an extensive range of specialist studios, workshops, rehearsal and performance spaces. The new campus now provides us with excellent facilities that include:

  • Two theatres: the Rose, a 330 seat theatre-in-the-round and the end-stage Barn Theatre
  • Two fully equipped black box studio theatres
  • Ten fully equipped rehearsal, movement and voice training studios
  • A costume and wardrobe complex for costume construction and maintenance
  • Two digital recording studios, computer laboratories and six off-line video and audio suites
  • Two fully equipped lighting design laboratories
  • A scenic workshop complex for scenic arts teaching, scenery and properties fabrication.
  • Theatre design studios with CAD facilities
  • Stage Management and production teaching studios
  • Two lecture studios with audio-visual facilities.
