Welcome to Bruford Connects

Welcome to the Alumni pages of the Rose Bruford College website. In the months to come we hope to populate this site with news geared to graduate alumni and dear friends of the College. Of particular note is Bruford Connects, a new evolving alumni association managed by alumni volunteers for alumni.

Now, in our 60th year, our Diamond Jubilee celebrations will focus in part on reconnecting with our alumni so that we can keep you informed about news and the how the College is doing, especially as we face the news of funding perils being imposed on us by the government.  The official birthday took place on 6th July 2011.

As I said above, alumni reconnection is important to us. It is crucial that current and future students be able to turn to you for mentoring and advice, if you are willing to help them.  I am also keen that the College’s past be preserved with its present as we move towards the future.

I would also like you to know that Gill Simson is our new Alumni Officer.  Many of you may have heard from her.  Gill will be working with me and others to keep in touch with you and, through you, make contact with other alumni from your year and other years.  We are both always happy to hear from you.

Many thanks … and here’s to the next 60 years!
