Peter Bramley’s production company ‘Pants on Fire’ has won the Carol Tambor Best of Edinburgh Award for its production of Ovid’s Metamorphoses at the Pleasance Dome in Edinburgh. The prize is a fully funded run in a New York off Broadway theatre in January next year. Peter Bramley, who is a Course Co-ordinator at Rose Bruford College, had his production described as “jaw dropping” by Lyn Gardner (The Guardian). The cast which is largely made up of recent graduates from the BA Acting Musicianship and BA Acting programmes, was described by Lyn Gardner as having “as much fun as the audience in 75 fantastical minutes”.
