We have the best of both worlds – the very latest technology in studios and theatre spaces, and impressive architecture and picturesque scenery. The College is set in Lamorbey Park, leafy parkland grounds dating back to before the 16th century with mature trees and a pond with fish and waterfowl.

We have a range of facilities to meet your needs for any occasion, from TV commercials, alumni gatherings, photoshoots, award ceremonies, conferences, classes and workshops. We frequently hire to schools, study groups and summer schools.
The College is within comfortable walking distance from Sidcup train station and London buses. There is ample free parking on site.

You can hire out space and rooms at our student accommodation, Christopher Court, during certain times of the year. The building consists of 168 modern en-suite rooms and studio space in a staffed building, opposite Sidcup train station and only 10 minutes’ walk away from Campus.
Rose Bruford College is an amazing place to train and hire. We have always had a special experience here. The facilities are outstanding and the staff are incredibly friendly and supportive.
We have created and performed some of our best work in The Rose Theatre, which is an incredible space for our young people to perform in! The Architecture of the school supports creative work, we have always benefited from the green space and nature that surrounds the school, it’s a beautiful place!
