Using our spaces

Our campus includes a wide variety of spaces that are available to alumni to use for their own projects, rehearsals and productions. When these facilities are not in use by our students they are available for hire to alumni at a substantial discount.

From August 2015 the College will be opening 168 en-suite rooms close to Sidcup train station for use by students during the academic year (September-late June) and by others during the summer (July and August). Also opening on the same site will be a Premier Inn Hotel.

Our hire facilities include:

  • The Grade II-listed Lamorbey House
  • The 330-seat Rose Theatre
  • The 100-seat Barn Theatre
  • Two studio theatres
  • Rehearsal rooms
  • Dance studio
  • Classrooms
  • Recording studios
  • Full production/technical support
  • Bar hire and catering available
  • Box office facility

In addition to the above we may be able to assist with the supply of props, scenery or costumes. All hirers will need to provide insurance and a detailed risk analysis for any activity.
