Egor Bulychev and the Others
by Maxim Gorky in a translation by Cathy Porter

Director: Michael Walling

*Director Michael Walling will be holding a question and answer session, about the play, with the audience after this performance

Set against a background of revolutionary turmoil and political change, this is the story of a dying businessman and the noisy swarm of attendants at his bedside. While Egor comes to terms with his life and death, predatory family members gather, each demanding a share of his affections, and of course his money. This is a brand new version of the play created in consultation with Cathy Porter.
