How your gifts help

Every donation, whatever its size, is hugely appreciated and we take great care to ensure that it has the maximum impact on the college and our students. Every pound that is donated is used to support the college; the costs of raising the money are paid centrally and we expect to raise more money than we spend.

It costs more than you might think to offer our high-quality, professional training and education to the next generation of talented actors, technical experts and theatre professionals:

£25 will provide lunch vouchers for a student for a week of rehearsals

£50 provides a technical student with hard hat, mask and boots

£75 pays the travel costs of a student performing in our London Season

£100 hires a graduate for a half-day professional practice workshop

£150 will hire a van to transport props to a production in a local theatre

£250 pays for a costume for a public performance

£500 enables us to tour a show around primary schools in our region

£1,000 creates a scholarship for one of our talented technical students

£2,500 supports the travel, accommodation and subsistence for a student on a three month exchange to the USA

£5,000 pays professional directors for our final year shows

£10,000 provides the equipment and ongoing costs for our third year Lighting Lamorbey project

£15,000 supports our week-long symposium of special performances, workshops, talks and lectures
