Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance has been ranked as the safest institution in the university sector in London for the second consecutive year following the publication of ‘The Complete University Guide’s 2017 Crime Tables’.

The tables provide prospective students and influencers with an invaluable source of information when making their university choices by ranking the combined rate of crimes most relevant to students occurring in the past 12 months, in areas where they live in term-time.

Interim Principal Andrew Walker believes the College’s approach to community engagement has helped keep student safety a priority;

‘We work collaboratively with our Students’ Union, Police Safer Neighbourhood Teams and other community partners to keep safety high on the agenda both on our campus and in our student accommodation located in the heart of the town.’

The College was also ranked as one of the top 5 safest institutions in the university sector in England and Wales and follows 100% of respondents to the 2017 First Impressions Survey saying they felt safe on campus.
