Natasha Dodsworth graduated with an honours degree in Costume Production in 1999 at Rose Bruford College. Since then she has worked extensively in the costume world in roles as diverse as personal tailoress to an internationally known pop star to a wardrobe mistress to the foremost touring chamber opera company in Britain, both roles leading to major international travel across the US, Europe and the Far East. She initially started her career as an alteration hand in the costume workrooms of the National Theatre, her first professional job.
As a freelance costume and wigs maker she has worked for major West End productions such as ‘Mama Mia’, ‘The Lion King’, ‘Lord of the Rings’ and ‘Sister Act’. In her early career she took time out to teach English in Greece and Indonesia. She is about to have part of her PGCTHLE portfolio published in e-book form.
