On Tuesday, 19 October Ready Steady Light took place court at our Sidcup Campus.
Each year, the competition takes place where teams compete against each other to design and set up temporary exterior installations with a limited range of equipment in only 180 minutes.
Ready Steady Light is held in partnership with Rose Bruford College and supported by the IALD. Further support and equipment is provided by Philips, Lee Filters, Whitelight, Erco and SGM.

Student Gulika Nagpal, who took part in the event, said:
Working on Ready Steady Light was an out of the ordinary competition that challenged us to take the things that we were learning inside a teaching lab to outdoors and create a safe environment for all industry professionals.
The best parts of the event was collaborating with the other courses at Rose Bruford and watching the end results of the competition, seeing what the teams came up with at each different site.
