Research at Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance reflects our institutional distinctiveness: vocationality, diversity, collaboration and international focus. As a university-sector conservatoire thinking and doing are combined to produce practical and applied research, teaching and learning outcomes that heighten our taught disciplines by means of greater reflection.

Our research reflects the practice interests of staff and students in a variety of outcomes that lead to books and articles, new methods of teaching and learning, diversity in the creative disciplines we teach and in the production work we deliver throughout the year. Key interests are demonstrated in the number of research areas and centres connected with the College.

Please note that our research pages are currently being redeveloped - further information will be available soon on our research environment and activities.
