Raised in North America, Geraldine began her career in international banking in New York before moving to London. She initially worked in client-facing roles with institutional clients in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa before focusing on risk management. Her final role was as Global Head of Governance & Regulations for a major international bank based in Amsterdam.

She is a Trustee of the Finborough Theatre, an acclaimed fringe theatre in West London, a Mentor under the Mansion House Scholar Scheme as a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers, and an External Assessor for the College of Policing.

Her previous board positions have included The Friends of the Royal Academy, Bird’s Eye View, a charity promoting female filmmakers, and the Johns Hopkins University UK Charitable Trust. Geraldine’s love for theatre began with seeing The Sound of Music on Broadway as a five-year old and continued with appearances in student productions at high school and university.
