Véronique Fricke

Summary

Véronique Fricke FCIM is Director of Corporate Affairs at Rose Bruford College and a member of the College Executive Group. She leads student recruitment and admissions, brand, communications and reputation, alumni relations, fundraising and internationalisation, the functions that bring students, income and support to the College.

A background in the arts shapes her interest in how people see an institution and what persuades them. Her experience in human resources and organisational development, across finance, the public sector, charities and professional services, centres on how organisations are structured and how people perform within them.

She has since built her career in specialist conservatoires, at Trinity Laban, Leeds College of Music (now Leeds Conservatoire) and London Film School, often at points of significant change. She is as interested in the data and systems behind an institution as in the people within it, and brings commercial judgement to both.
