Véronique Fricke

Véronique Fricke is Director of Corporate Affairs and a member of the College Executive Group at Rose Bruford College, where she holds strategic responsibility for income generation, student recruitment, admissions, marketing, communications, alumni relations, fundraising, and internationalisation.

Her path into higher education leadership was not a conventional one. With a background in painting and visual communications, she spent a decade working in human resources, organisational development, and business development across sectors ranging from finance and the public sector to charities and professional services. That breadth gave her something she draws on daily: an instinct for reading an organisation quickly and responding to what it actually needs. She has worked exclusively in performing arts conservatoires since 2009, including Trinity Laban, Leeds Conservatoire, and London Film School.
