We created Bruford Connects several years ago as a means of reaching out to College alumni from different generations and disciplines. You will always be part of our family and we want to keep you informed and interested in the current work the College is doing.
In just this past year, for example, we have surpassed all specialist performing arts institutions in the UK by recording the highest overall student satisfaction (90%) in the National Student Survey. We are also developing the College’s Sidcup campus and new facilities are fast coming on-stream; our Christopher House student accommodation and teaching space on Station Road will open in September 2015 and our new Bru Bar in the ingenious DALO building at the centre of the campus doubles our café space.
And our student population is also growing - our new Acting Foundation programme has just launched and our MA Ensemble Theatre has exceeded our recruitment targets with terrific international cohorts. In all areas of the College new staff have joined, bringing to Rose Bruford their creativity and inspired thinking.
We hope that you will return to these pages often to keep up to date with news about the College and especially about our graduates. We will be promoting a number of special events and benefits exclusively for alumni, so we do hope that you will keep in touch with us.
As alumni we rely on you to help inspire us make a real difference. Your association with Rose Bruford College lasts a lifetime and your being here is part of our living memory.
I look forward to seeing you back on campus soon
