BA (Hons) Lighting Design graduate, Joshua Pharo, has been named by The Stage as the young Lighting Designer to watch for in 2017.
The feature profiled six young designers working across set, costume, lighting and video projection. Since graduating in 2010, Joshua has worked as a Lighting and Projection Designer across theatre, dance, opera, music, film & art installation. He is currently designing The Twits at the Leicester Curve and Removal Men at The Yard Theatre.
The Stage journalist, Matt Trueman said of Joshua;
“Only six years out of Rose Bruford, Pharo is a designer with real daring and fast becoming the go-to lighting designer.”
