Graduation ceremony timings

Ceremonies on 10 and 11 September will take place at the following times.

Please note, timings are currently approximate and will be confirmed closer to the ceremony.

Morning

  • Arrivals: 9:30
  • Procession: 10:30 – 11:00
  • Ceremony: 12:00-13:00
  • Reception: 13-15:00

Afternoon

  • Arrivals: From 12:30
  • Procession: 13:30 – 14:00
  • Ceremony: 14:00-15:00
  • Reception: 15:00-17:00

Student Ticket – £25

  • Includes a programme, a complimentary glass of prosecco and a food token.

Church & Campus Guest Ticket – £25 (max 2 per student)

  • Includes a complimentary glass of prosecco.

Campus-only Ticket – £5

  • Please note that this does not permit access to the Ceremony in the church.
  • Includes a complimentary glass of prosecco.

Food and drink offering

A paid food offering and bar will be available following the ceremony.

Gown hire

Your graduation is a formal occasion and it is requested that you wear academic gowns on the day.

Gowns, which are provided by Ede & Ravenscroft, can be hired as part of your ticket purchase. Please select the correct gown according to your course.

Photography

A professional photography service is provided by Ede & Ravenscroft. You will be able to purchase your photography after the ceremony.
