You will quickly settle into College life at Christopher Court, sharing a kitchen with 5 other students on a self-catered basis. Rooms are allocated to first-year students on a first-come first-served basis. The cost of the room includes; 24/7 friendly staff and security, energy and water bills, fast and reliable broadband. There is even a Costa Coffee next door and a laundrette on site.
In 2021-22 rooms cost £195 per week for a 3ft (single bed) and £200 per week for a 4ft (small double bed).
I always feel safe and secure here knowing there’s someone on reception 24/7, monitoring who comes in and out. I have lived in London before so this was really important to me

After the first year, most students arrange to live in privately rented accommodation with their friends. You can find a list of student housing provided by private landlords at www.brufordstudentpad.co.uk. We will ensure that any landlords advertising through student pad hold relevant up to date safety certificates for your peace of mind. There is also information on the site about contracts, deposits and procedures as well as providing an accommodation search facility.
There are a number of local estate agents who would be happy to help you find a suitable room or property to rent locally. Rooms can cost anything from around £85 – £120 per week per person plus bills, and the contract can be for anything between 6 and 12 months depending on the individual property.
When renting in the private market it’s important to know your rights and responsibilities. If you are sharing with other students we highly recommend that you understand the legal implications of certain types of joint tenancy agreements, and you can find useful information from these sources:
