Janet has gained extensive experience managing education in different contexts within Further and Higher Education in a career spanning more than 30 years. She is Principal of two further education campuses for New City College (NCC) Group, is one of the largest college groups in England, where she has leadership responsibility for Creative and Performing Arts and other subjects across the whole group alongside her role as Principal. Janet’s expertise is in leadership and the quality of education, and she has a proven track record of improving team performance and learners’ experience.
She has a background in dance, trained locally at Bird College, an outstanding Dance and Musical Theatre Conservatoire in Sidcup, and has a lifelong interest in the theatre. She also holds a Masters in Lifelong Learning.
