Alumni are set to appear across this year’s Edinburgh Festival Fringe – the world’s largest arts festival and a celebration of creativity, risk-taking and performance.
Alice Cockayne (European Theatre Arts BA (Hons), 2018) is returning to Edinburgh with their second show Licensed. Professional. Trained. Qualified at Bunker Two at the Pleasance Courtyard. The show was included in The Guardian’s “10 of the best shows to catch”.
Holly Delefortrie (European Theatre Arts BA (Hons), 2017) and Leoni Amandin (European Theatre Arts BA (Hons), 2018 will be running meet-ups as part of the Ed Fringe Connect Event for artists attending the Fringe for the first time, under their group First Fringies.
Maya Hallpike (European Theatre Arts, 2022) brings a new show, Baby World to the Banshee Labyrinth – Cinema Room. The production was an OFFIE Winner 2024 and won the Edinburgh Horror Festival Jury’s Award 2024.
Callum Patrick Hughes (American Theatre Arts BA (Hons), 2011) is taking his show God is Dead … and I Killed Him to Bunker 2 at the Pleasance Courtyard. Callum returns to Pleasance after winning awards and selling out in 2023 and 2024.
Kay Stonham (Class of 1977) is taking Female Pilot Club to the Edinburgh Fringe with Gobby Girls: The 11% Club – performing at The Live Room at Laughing Horse
James Tudor Jones (European Theatre Arts BA (Hons), 2020) directed End of the World FM – a one-man show that won Best New Writing at Wandsworth Fringe. The show is returning to Edinburgh Fringe this year for a run at The Space: Surgeons Hall.
Natasha Mula (European Theatre Arts BA (Hons), 2022) performs in A Most Pressing Issue, written by Tim Harris (European Theatre Arts BA (Hons), 2016), at The Space: Surgeons Hall. It’s a dark satirical comedy that follows four prison workers battling a fire with anything but water.
Natalie Patuzzo (European Theatre Arts BA (Hons), 2019) directs Nuns of Fury, an original comedy rock musical. The Nuns of Fury are a trio of righteous ass-kickers, plundering relics in the name of the Lord.
