Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance and the Xinghai Conservatory of Music in Guangzhou, south China, signed a memorandum of understanding on 15 September, agreeing to pursue joint projects that will focus on Xianghai's Department of Arts Management. Professor Michael Earley, Principal of Rose Bruford College, visited Xinghai to offer lectures and workshops for arts management students, to meet with officials and faculty members at the conservatory and to discuss pilot projects for 2015 and 2016.
