Andrew was a student on the Community Theatre Arts Diploma at RBC in the early 1980’s. After leaving RBC Andrew worked as an actor, writer and director for Inter-Action Community Enterprise Trust.  Andrew has been the Course Leader for the Foundation Acting Course since 2019 and, in that time, the course has had 100% student satisfaction year on year.  For a one year sabbatical he taught at Edith Cowan University in Perth, Western Australia where he was responsible for writing and delivering the Drama as a Process for Learning content to both under and post graduate trainee drama teachers. He has also taught acting on the BA Musical Theatre Course at Chichester University and at the Brit School where, for 15 years, he was the Assistant Director of the Theatre Department and Post 16 Pastoral Manager. He specialises in devised ensemble work and in exploring the mechanics of collaboration.
