Summary

Dorie Pinchin teaches Movement Anatomy, Chorus, Animal Studies and Embodied Text at Rose Bruford College. She trained at the London International School of Performing Arts (LISPA), where she received an MFA in Lecoq-Based Actor Created Theatre. She is a certified Alexander Technique teacher.

Dorie has performed nationally and internationally with devising ensembles. Her recent acting credits include Theatre Témoin’s The Marked, which toured both hostels and theatres, working with individuals who have had experiences of homelessness. Grafted Cede Theatre’s original production Nobody’s Home toured military bases and theatres. Paper Balloon’s original stories for young audiences performed The Boy and the Mermaid and Once Upon a Snowflake, and are currently developing a new piece: The Great Floating Balloon Radio Show.
