Janet is currently the Principal of two Further Education campuses for the New City College (NCC) Group in a large London Borough. NCC is one of the largest college groups in England, and Janet has leadership responsibility for Creative and Performing Arts, amongst other subjects, across the whole group alongside her Principal role. Janet has vast experience managing education in various contexts within Further and Higher Education in a career spanning over 30 years. She has a background in Dance, having trained locally at Bird College, and has a lifelong interest in the theatre.
Janet’s expertise is in leadership and the quality of education, and she has a proven track record of improving team performance and learners’ experience. She holds a Masters in Lifelong Learning.
