Enrique Munoz Jimenez is the Subject Leader in Visual Production at Rose Bruford College, where he designs and delivers innovative curricula centered on XR technologies, virtual production, and immersive storytelling. Seamlessly bridging traditional scenography with cutting-edge digital practices, Enrique brings a unique technical rigor to the creative process, drawing from a diverse background that spans a degree in Aeronautical Technical Engineering (UPM) and an MA in Moving Image (Ravensbourne).
With over 16 years of professional industry practice, he is an accomplished international video designer, director, and creative technologist with extensive credits across UK and European theatre (including the Almagro International Classical Theatre Festival and Madrid’s Teatro de la Abadía).
Enrique is currently the Project Lead for the UKRI-funded “Angel VR” research project, which investigates design accessibility in immersive virtual reality environments. Committed to curriculum innovation, his work focuses on creating inclusive, research-driven spaces where students are empowered to push the boundaries of contemporary performance media.
