Jennifer has had a long career in the Further Education sector, culminating with 10 years as a College Principal. Early in her career, she led the development of vocational qualifications in Performing Arts at a national level. Equity, diversity and inclusion have been a key focus when working in colleges with a high proportion of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
She has continued her involvement in education and performing arts through her role at Rose Bruford College. She is Chair of her local community theatre, the Bob Hope Theatre, which provides a performing space and excellent facilities for amateur groups in South East London, stage schools, and visiting professional performers.
